Born and raised in Custer, graduating with honors from Mitchell Tech with a degree in Architectural Drafting and Building Construction, Clay started his own construction company at 20 years old.
A member of the Black Hills Home Builders Association and National Home Builders Association, Clay stays up to date with the latest industry trends while staying grounded in the traditions of craftsmanship and customer service.
A true people person, he is incredibly focused on making the client happy.
He loves to enjoy the outdoors, 4 wheeling and golfing but his true love is for his two little girls.

Sue
Ours is a family business and Sue is our office manager.
With over 25 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management as well as sales experience as a finance manager and Realtor® her attention to detail is apparent.
She has also moved into some design work consulting with clients on lighting, colors and finishes.
But her heart lies with her two daughters, 8 and 10 years old, and spending as much time as possible having them show her the world.

Steve is a former client who has become our irreplaceable foreman.
He is a great carpenter with an eye for detail. His background as a former business owner himself makes him incredibly reliable and easy for clients to work with.
In his free time you will find him doing beautiful freestyle woodworking projects but his real passions are hunting and fishing. Vacation often correlates with the opening of turkey season.
